We offer options on the delivery of Polyola eco blanks. If it’s urgent, we can get the best price by either ourselves or DPD’s Local Carbon Neutral Service to you asap. Costs are calculated by the size of the blank to be delivered,
FINS & LEASHES
But we’re also happy to drop off blanks on missions around the UK when we’re passing or en route for a session (this can be 50% cheaper than normal shipping and saves a little on our carbon footprint).

We dispatch orders within three days using Royal Mail Tracked/ Signed for service. Delivery times are forecast on a standard working day week of Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays. Costs are calculated by the weight of the item to be delivered.

We reserve the right to charge the full cost of shipping a second time if we need to resend an item that has been returned to us because nobody was available to receive the delivery.
We are not responsible for any incorrect address details provided by you the customer, that may cause your order to be delivered to the work address. It will be the customers to responsibility to locate and retrieve said item.
Our delivery providers do their best to always deliver within the time window provided, but on rare occasions, there might be delays due to unforeseen traffic conditions, breakdowns or strike action. Under these circumstances, we are not obliged to provide a refund.
