RETURNS POLICY

We recommend you contact us first with regards to any potential returns or enquiries as we believe this is the best way to find a solution that works best for us all.

We check all items before shipping but if for any reason you're not happy when it arrives, drop us a line within 7 days of you receiving the item. Exchanges or refunds will not be given on goods damaged by fault of the customer.

If you require a replacement of a product that we do not have in stock, you will be provided with the option of a refund or to wait for replacement stock to arrive. In this instance, we will give you a time frame for how long this might be.
 
We offer a no-hassle returns policy of 14 days. On the condition that all items are unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we believe this criteria has not been met.
 
We recommend returning items, where applicable via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or the courier of your choice. Please ensure items are packed securely and protected against potential damage.
 
Any items that are returned as faulty will be covered for cost of postage.
